Our Agents will conduct BPO reports in a timely, yet professional manner. The report combines information from an exterior and/or interior examination, external data sources, property assessment data, recent comparable sales and current neighborhood listings. Photographs include interior, exterior and street scene perspectives.

In addition, we will include repair estimates for the purpose of obtaining "as is" and "after repair" fair market values.
